When discussing a potential job with you, we provide our very best common sense thinking at no extra charge. Based on many years of experience with all types of jobs, we will develop a plan for how your job would best be implemented, along with any alternative reliable and industry accepted methodologies. This distinctive estimate includes an itemization of all work to be performed, its cost and timing.

When the job is accepted, we vigilantly follow through on the plan agreed upon, providing statistical verbal reports about all issues. We regularly review our progress against the timetable mutually established and raise any questions that may arise over the course of the job in a timely fashion.

We will be happy to provide you with a "free estimate" of the job you need performed only under the following stipulations:

• This is only an ESTIMATE and may not be the exact price of the job, although we try to be within 15%, or a reasonable percentage of my estimate. We will strive to give exact prices at all times and adhere to that price estimate.
• The estimate we provide is FREE. We will not charge you for the estimate. 
• If the total costs exceed 15% of the estimate that we originally give you, you will be notified as to why, with detailed information as to why in a timely manner.
• We charge you for the materials and we try to find the best quality materials at the most reasonable price, which is sometimes a difficult and time consuming task.
• In our opinion, poor materials result in a less than top quality job. If you want a less than top quality job, then please call someone else to do the work you require. There are plenty of people out there willing to take your hard earned money just to make a quick and easy profit, ultimately doing a poor job because they are using poor quality materials.
• We are very safe and strive to work very safely and do everything in a safe manner. Our safety and your liability is no joke, so don't ask us to do anything unsafe, "rush" things or to "cut corners" in the name of safety. Also, remember that if we end up doing a project for you, don't disturb or distract us when we are in the process of using power tools. We don't want to lose a finger or be injured because you yelled "HEY!" at us, and startled us while we were using a power tool.
• Everything we do is to perfection as well as it can be done and as well as we can do it under the circumstances. We strive to do better than the rest and we do our best to do things right the first time.
• We will not charge you for time or labor in attempting to research issues in regards to gathering and figuring costs of the materials and job. We will help you on all phases of your projects.
• We will not charge you for time or labor in ordering or receiving materials unless it is very extensive. You will be notified if it is tremendously time consuming.
• There is no obligation whatsoever in regards to us giving you a free estimate for the work you need performed.
• Once the estimate is agreed to it becomes a “quote”. That "quote" is the price you pay notwithstanding the aforesaid stipulations.
• There are no hidden "extras" and no additional fees or charges. You pay exactly what we pay for good quality materials and any required shipping, if applicable to your job. Our time to do the job to completion is a mutually agreed upon hourly rate. We will discuss this upon your acceptance of the estimate.
• The quotation we provide is valid for 60 days provided you place your order within that time frame. The price is secure for 60 days notwithstanding your individual circumstances. We are very flexible if you cannot start your project within two months.
